Our project is taking off in Milton, MA!

We are joining with locals in Milton, MA for “MILTON REFLECTING”–  a year of creative programs and community activities designed to bring Miltonians of all ages together to talk about, reflect on, and celebrate the extraordinary diversity of their town.  We’ve had a rich few months in town: Story Circles, Dream Catchers, a MILTON installation, a local access TV show, and most recently we facilitated a conversation during the MLK Day Interfaith Service at Concord Baptist Church. Events this spring include our multi-media play called MILTON, performing in Milton at the Library May 18-23rd, 2017.

Some history…

This project started way back in September 2012, we drove into MIlton, MA: our very first Milton to visit, where we had scheduled a community story circle at the First Parish Unitarian Church.  We weren’t sure who would show up… but we were armed with snacks and questions if anyone did!  It was at that first gathering that we stumbled on the question that we began to use as the launch point for almost every interview we did after:  How did you get to Milton?  Our conversation that first day lasted 2 hours, and then we were treated to a town tour, complete with fried clams and hotdogs….

From there, we discovered Milton MA these ways:

Here are photos from our 24 hour Sky Shoot. It was a stormy day and night at Blue Hills Observatory! The sky footage we got that day is used in our play.

Epic Family Aventures

We have 8-10 years left with our kids before they are off on their own adventures and we want to make their childhood epic.
